Sharon Gidley grew-up in northeast Iowa with 16 brothers and sisters. This Iowa farm girl had aspirations of becoming a music teacher. Sharon played the trumpet and was involved in the music program at her alma mater the University of Iowa. After graduation she secured a teaching position at a school in Deerfield, Illinois were she was the band director for six years. Though she loved music Sharon found herself drawn to sales. Her out going nature and excellent people skills propelled her to one of the top sales representatives for a promotional fund raising company for schools. She worked at this career for 10 years and then in 1994 decided to make a career change to the world of real estate. Sharon says, "I love people and there is nothing more rewarding them helping them with a purchase that has been their dream." Within five years Sharon has helped thousands of family's and is in the Platinum club the highest rating in the real estate industry. She has worked in real estate since 1994.
